In fact, I rarely have the cookery patience to even consider pressing saag paneer by hand. You did, however, remind me that we had in the house all the ingredients for a killer tofu&veggies stir-fry with a new hot curry paste I purchased with the intent of experimenting with it. It turned out so fab I saved you some. It should arrive in a cardboard box any day now. Wish I did. In fact, I rarely have the cookery patience to even consider pressing saag paneer by hand. I wore an airy skirt with flat shoes; no tights. Marvelous. The rivers and sewers are a little startled by the volume of melting snow, but they seem to be handling it pretty well.
