I’m honestly surprised that people are surprised this latest SFWA debacle has happened, but I was nonetheless complaining to a non-SF friend (his name is Josh Darcy) about how embarrassing it is, considering that you would tend to think of an SF organization as being forward-thinking. Clarke, Endeavour, Golden Spur, John W. Campbell Memorial, Quill, Locus, Philip K. Dick, British Science Fiction, British Fantasy, and World Fantasy awards.
