Who in SFF plays WoW?
Published by Deanna Hoak November 26th, 2007 in blogI already knew of a few folks in SFF who play WoW, and I’ve learned in the past month of three more. Now I’m wondering who else plays that I’m perhaps unaware of, because I’d love to be gaming with people I actually know IRL.
If you play, drop me a line here or in e-mail and let me know what realm/side/etc. you’re on. (My address is my first name at my full name dot com.) If we have a mutual acquaintance who might not be reading here, I’d love you to direct them this way.
My main’s a 70 orc enhancement shammy (Horde, natch) on Uldum, which is a nice little regular realm (not RP or PvP).

I’m on Dragonblight and Alleria, with some secondaries on Velen and Azuremyst. I plan to transfer the Azuremyst ones to Velen, though.
On Dragonblight, I’m in the Eternal Core guild, Alliance side, and The Fellow Betrayers Hordeside (which is a very small vanity guild, and the GM is AWOL, though I have an officer who can do invites and the like). My highest is a level 65 NE Druid (Marie), but I’ve got a Tauren Hunter at 54 (Chaundra), and various others ranging from mid 50s to 10s.
On Alleria, I occasionally pop into Emerald Dream (because there are old EQ guildies there) Alliance-side, and I bop around unguilded Hordeside. Eventually we may sucker some friends into coming Hordeside there and helping us make a vanity guild.
On Velen, I mostly joined to help some friends make a vanity guild of their own (which avoids all the annoying guild invites or charters people smap up in one’s face without even an introduction…), but since I don’t play on Azuremyst much, I figured I might as well move them over to Velen so I have more realms available if I ever want to try PvP or RP… (Only 5 realms! How cruel!)
I’m pretty much solely on Kirin Tor, Allianceside, where I have a 70 NE Druid, 70 Human Paladin, 51 Draenei Hunter, and assorted other lower-levels. A proud member of the Storm Wolves, one of the oldest RP guilds on the server. And my wife plays as well, so all is good. :>
