When WoW and word-nerdery mix…

So there’s this hunter in my guild who’s named…Hunter (with a random letter in front because for some unimaginable reason that name was taken already). He’s looking for a new name, so I suggested…

Epwnem!

Ha! Get it? Huh? Huh? “Eponym” plus a funny “He pwn them” double play! And it’s totally untaken on any server!

Well, I thought it was funny. Of course, I once wanted to name a toon Editorc….

:-)

We have this running gag of mocking the most absurd names in Battlegrounds in our guild chat.

Last weeks winner: Moustache the rogue. He was mighty in his AFkpwnage.

    (Epwnem is a spectacular name.)

LOL. Well, I do love the fact that it works on two such enormously different levels. :)

…Deanna, there are reasons we only let you out to play every once in awhile…and when you are let out to play it’s only with other publishing industry types.

    :P
