Making old friends new

I’m leaving for the glorious LaunchPad today and am excited but have been a bit glum over being away from my kiddos for an entire twelve days. I will miss them!

But I got a call this morning from Kathy Gear, and she and Michael will be at WorldCon! I’ve been editing the Gears for years on end (a decade, maybe?) and have never gotten to meet them in person, so this is a special treat.

I’m off to the airport! See some of you soon!
